For organizations which do not have accounting records, we prepare financial accounting records for a twelve-month period. We capture all company revenue invoices, expenses, capital expenditure (Assets), liabilities and form a General ledger with sub ledgers for Trade receivables and Trade Payables. From the General Leger we then extract a trial balance for the entire accounting period which may be used by the organization for their Financial Statements or forward to their auditors to evaluate and perform their procedures.

A complete set of annual financial statements (AFS) is then submitted to management, ready for review by external auditors and subsequent distribution to stakeholders.
